Every Hair Royal Majesty item is custom-created just for you.

Here’s what happens after you place your order:

1.  1-Hour Courtesy Window

You have 1 hour from the time of ordering to make any changes or cancellations. Simply email us at Experience@hairroyalmajesty.com within 60 minutes (based on email timestamp).

2.  Sourcing

We ethically source your raw hair from verified individual donors in rural Vietnam.

3.  Crafting

The sourced hair is sent to our trusted atelier/factory where it is carefully wefted and handcrafted into your bundles, ventilated lace units or glueless wig.

4.  Final Inspection & Dispatch

Once the finished order reaches us, it undergoes a thorough quality control inspection. We record video evidence of this final check to ensure every item meets our high standards before being carefully packaged and shipped to you.

This made-to-order process ensures you receive fresh, authentic, premium-quality raw hair. While it takes approximately 3–4 weeks, the extra time allows us to maintain the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Shipping & Delivery

At Hair Royal Majesty, every item is bespoke and made-to-order, we do not hold stock.

Your raw hair is ethically sourced from individual donors in rural Vietnam specifically for your order, then carefully processed and handcrafted. This intentional process ensures the highest quality and authenticity, but it takes time.

•  Total Lead Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks from order to dispatch.

•  You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location and chosen courier. Hair Royal Majesty is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once handed to the courier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Hair Royal Majesty products are bespoke and made-to-order. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, we operate a strict exchange-only policy.

•  No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or natural variations in raw hair.

•  Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear video evidence of the unused item.

•  Returns require prior authorisation and must pass our inspection.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
