Raw Hair Disclaimer
Due to the natural state of raw hair:
• Each bundle comes from a single donor and is 100% unprocessed.
• Shorter strands may be present due to the donor’s natural hair growth cycle.
• Raw hair is not artificially aligned or filled with synthetic fibres, this natural variation is a hallmark of authenticity and premium quality.
What is Raw Hair?
Raw hair is 100% natural, unprocessed human hair sourced from a single donor. It retains its natural cuticle alignment, offering superior longevity, strength, and styling versatility.
What are Glueless Wigs?
Our glueless wigs are handmade, bespoke units crafted specifically for your order. They come with adjustable straps and combs for a secure, glue-free fit.

• Made with 100% raw hair (we currently do not offer virgin hair wigs).
• Available in Transparent Lace and HD Lace.
• Hand-ventilated and custom-assembled per order.
• Similar production time to bundles: approximately 3–4 weeks.
Care & Maintenance for Glueless Wigs:
• Treat the hair as you would your own, raw hair requires significantly more care and maintenance than processed hair because it is completely unprocessed.
• You can use heat tools with a protectant, but we strongly recommend a professional colourist if you wish to add colour or dye the unit.
• Do not re-bleach coloured or pre-bleached units.
• We recommend a professional bleaches the knots on the lace for the best finish and longevity.
• Proper maintenance, hydration, and gentle handling are essential for long-lasting results.
Do you pre-wash the bundles or glueless wigs before shipping?
No, we do not pre-wash our raw hair bundles or glueless wigs.
We deliver the hair in its purest, most authentic raw state so that you have complete freedom to care for and customise it exactly as you wish. This preserves the natural cuticle and integrity of the hair.
We recommend starting with a gentle hydrating shampoo and deep conditioner process upon receipt, and then repeating a hydrating wash routine every few weeks (or as needed) to keep the hair healthy and moisturized.
Natural Scent Disclaimer
As our raw hair is shipped in its pure, unprocessed form, a light natural scent upon arrival is normal. This comes from sourcing, transit, and the fact we do not pre-wash the hair to preserve its raw integrity. A gentle wash with your preferred products will refresh it perfectly.
How does Raw Hair differ from Virgin Hair?
Raw hair is sourced from a single donor and remains completely unprocessed. Virgin hair is collected from multiple donors and lightly processed for consistency. We currently offer raw hair bundles and raw hair glueless wigs only.
How Long Does Hair Royal Majesty Hair Last?
With proper care, our premium raw hair can last a very long time, often years. It is an investment that rewards consistent maintenance.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with authentic raw hair. Our bundles are double wefted for durability. Proper installation (avoid sewing through the weft) and good maintenance greatly reduce shedding.
Can I dye or bleach my raw hair?
Yes. Raw hair can be coloured or bleached. However, we strongly recommend this is done by a professional colourist to protect the integrity and longevity of the hair, especially on glueless wig units.
Why is there variation in texture or colour?
Slight natural variations are expected and celebrated in single-donor raw hair. These are not defects.
How should I care for my raw hair?
• Use sulphate-free shampoo and deep conditioner regularly.
• Always use heat protectant.
• Detangle gently.
• Keep the hair well moisturised.
• Seek professional installation where possible.
Raw hair is high-maintenance, treat it like your own scalp hair for the best results.
How many bundles do I need?
• 12”-16”: 3 bundles
• 18”-22”: 3–4 bundles
• 24”-30”: 4–5 bundles
• 30”+: 5+ bundles for a full voluminous look
What is the difference between Single Drawn, Double Drawn, and Super Double Drawn?

Is HRM raw hair ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with trusted partners who compensate donors fairly in rural Vietnam.
HD Lace vs Transparent Lace – Which One Should I Choose?
Both HD Lace and Transparent Lace are excellent options for. They are high-quality, durable, and can be worn glueless or with glue/melt depending on your preference. Both can be worn comfortably all year round. The right choice depends on your priorities.
Main Differences:
• HD Lace (High-Definition Lace):
Ultra-thin and soft, offering the best, most seamless melt into the scalp for a highly natural appearance. It blends beautifully with all skin tones. Because it is thinner, it is more delicate and requires slightly more careful maintenance. HD Lace is the premium option and costs more.
• Transparent Lace:
Slightly thicker than HD Lace, making it more durable and longer-lasting. It provides a very good melt and excellent invisibility while being easier to maintain. It is more cost-efficient, offering outstanding performance at a more accessible price point.

• Choose Transparent Lace if you prefer extra durability, easier maintenance, and great value while still achieving a beautiful, natural result.
Both lace types are fantastic for glueless wear and produce stunning results when installed correctly. Many customers love both for different wigs!
Why are there shorter hairs in lace frontals, closures, or wigs?
This is completely normal due to the hand-ventilation process using real single-donor raw hair. Shorter strands can be laid flat with styling products and heat.
Processing & Delivery Times
All items are bespoke and made-to-order. Expect approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order to dispatch. We aim to ship earlier when possible, but quality comes first. In rare cases, strict quality control may cause slight delays, we will notify you if this happens.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Please see our full Refund, Exchange & Order Policy. Due to the bespoke, hygienic, and made-to-order nature of our products, we operate a strict exchange only policy with very limited exceptions. Change of mind or natural variations are not accepted.
Order Cancellations
You have a 1-hour courtesy cancellation window. To cancel, email Experience@hairroyalmajesty.com within 60 minutes of placing your order (based on email timestamp). After 1 hour, cancellations cannot be accepted.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video evidence. Any genuine errors will be handled according to our policy.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Full payment is required at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. Please contact the courier directly for claims.
