Raw Hair Disclaimer
Due to the natural state of raw hair, please note the following:
• Each bundle comes from one donor, meaning the hair is not altered or mixed with synthetic fibres or processed strands.
• While the bundle length (e.g., 26 inches, 18 inches, etc.) represents the longest strands, shorter strands may be present due to the natural hair growth cycle of the donor.
• Unlike processed hair, raw hair is not artificially aligned or filled with synthetic fibres to create a uniform length. Instead, it maintains its natural fullness, texture, and movement, making each bundle unique.
This is a standard characteristic of raw hair and does not affect the quality, thickness, or longevity of the hair.
1. What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% natural, unprocessed human hair that has not undergone any chemical treatments, colouring or alterations. It comes directly from a single donor, maintaining its natural cuticle alignment for superior longevity, strength, and versatility.
2. How does raw hair differ from virgin hair?
While both raw and virgin hair are human hair, raw hair is completely unprocessed, whereas virgin hair may have undergone processing to achieve specific curl patterns. Raw hair offers the most natural look, unmatched durability, and can be styled, coloured, and treated just like your own hair. Here at HRM we offer single donor bundles varying from Double drawn bundles and Super Double Drawn bundles. The difference between the two is that Super Double Drawn bundles are thicker from top to bottom.Â
3. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, raw hair can last 5 + years or longer. Unlike processed hair, raw hair does not lose its integrity over time, making it a long-term investment. Treat your HRM hair as your own for the best results.Â
RAW Hair is high maintenance, it needs to be treated with care as you would your own. It’s giving scalp!Â
4. Can I dye or bleach my raw hair bundles?
Yes! Our raw hair is 100% natural and can be dyed or bleached to any colour, including platinum blonde. However, we recommend consulting a professional colourist to maintain the hair’s quality. Over-processing with harsh chemicals can affect longevity.
5. Why does my raw hair have a slight variation in texture or colour?
Raw hair is sourced from real human donors, meaning each bundle is unique. Slight differences in wave patterns, thickness, or natural undertones are normal and reflect the authenticity of raw hair.
6. How should I care for my raw hair bundles?
To maintain your raw hair:
Wash regularly with a sulphate-free shampoo and deep condition.
Use a heat protectant when using styling tools.
Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.
Store properly when not in use to prevent tangling.
7. Does raw hair shed or tangle?
Raw hair has minimal shedding if properly maintained. As with natural hair, some shedding is normal, but excessive shedding can be avoided by sealing the wefts and handling the hair with care. Tangling is rare due to the intact cuticles, but dryness can cause minor tangling, ensure the hair remains moisturised.
8. How many bundles do I need for a full head?
This depends on the look you desire:
12”-16“: 3 bundles
18”-22“: 3 - 4 bundles
24”-30“: 4 - 5 bundles
30” - 40” 5 + bundles for a full, voluminous look
9. Is HRM hair ethically sourced?
Absolutely! At HRM, we have conducted extensive due diligence to ensure all our hair is sourced ethically and responsibly. Our suppliers provide fair compensation to donors, and we personally verify the sourcing process to maintain our brand integrity.
10. How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing Time: All orders require 3-5 business days for processing before production begins.
Production Time: Depending on the product, production may take 4-7 working days.Â
Shipping: Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method, we advise shipping within 5-12 days after production time. *please note this is an estimation and orders can be received earlier than expected.*
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every order undergoes a meticulous quality check, including video recording for our own evidence, to ensure you receive a flawless product.
12. What if I receive the wrong order?
We take great care to ensure accuracy; however, in the rare case of an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and provide a resolution where necessary.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay, AMEX, KLARNA. Payments must be made in full at checkout before orders are processed.
14. Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as our system begin’s processing immediately.
15. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. If in the unfortunate event your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Hair Royal Majesty is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

17. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment’s progress via the courier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact us at experience@hairroyalmajesty.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, in the unfortunate event of any courier delays, customs processing times, or lost/stolen packages, Hair Royal Majesty is not responsible. We advise keeping a close eye on your tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery.
