Hair Royal Majesty – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hair Royal Majesty (“HRM”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, along with our Refund, Exchange & Order Policy and Pre-Order Bespoke System page.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hair Royal Majesty website and the purchase of our products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All products sold by HRM are bespoke and made-to-order. We do not hold stock inventory.
2. Products & Bespoke Nature
HRM specialises in luxury raw hair extensions and handcrafted virgin hair wigs. All items are ethically sourced from individual donors in rural Vietnam and custom-prepared per order.
Due to the natural origin of human hair, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, colour tone, density, strand thickness, and length are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
All payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 1-hour courtesy cancellation window from the exact time your order is placed.
To cancel your order, you must send an email to Experience@hairroyalmajesty.com within 60 minutes of placing the order.
As long as your cancellation email is received (timestamped) within this 1-hour window, we will honour the cancellation and process a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to wait for a reply from us, the timestamp on your email is sufficient.
After the 1-hour period has passed, cancellations cannot be accepted because sourcing and production begin promptly for your bespoke order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this.
4. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders operate on a pre-order bespoke system with an approximate lead time of 3 to 4 weeksfrom purchase to dispatch. We aim to fulfil earlier where possible, but quality and ethical sourcing take priority.
Possible Delays
In rare cases where sourced hair does not meet our strict internal quality standards during inspection, we may return it and re-source. We will notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.
HRM is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, customs, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
• HRM is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
• International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with their country’s import regulations (including any restrictions on hair products).
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or customs refusal, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
6. Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy

Key points:
• All items are bespoke and hygienic in nature → strict exchange-only policy in most cases.
• Change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with natural hair characteristics are not accepted.
• Any claims must follow the mandatory Step-by-Step Process (contact within 48 hours + video evidence + unused condition + return authorisation).
• Nothing in our policy removes your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Carefully reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, and policies before ordering.
• Providing accurate billing and shipping information.
• Understanding the 3–4 week approximate delivery timeline.
• Proper installation, care, and maintenance of the hair (see Hair Usage & Maintenance section).
• Checking your local import rules for international orders.
8. Hair Usage & Maintenance
Once the hair is delivered, responsibility for care, installation, washing, colouring, styling, and maintenance passes to you.
We are not responsible for:
• Normal shedding, frizz, or texture changes associated with authentic raw hair.
• Issues arising from improper installation, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, poor maintenance, or third-party stylist errors.
• Any allergic reactions or scalp issues.
Once the hair has been installed, washed, cut, coloured, or chemically treated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. Fraud Prevention & Security
We use fraud detection systems to protect our business and customers. We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as potentially fraudulent and may request additional verification.
Any fraudulent activity, false claims, or abuse of our policies (including unjustified chargebacks) may result in a permanent ban from our store and, where appropriate, legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Royal Majesty shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Any issues resulting from improper use or maintenance.
• Delays or losses outside our direct control.
• The longevity or performance of the hair after installation (this depends on individual care).
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, logos, product descriptions, etc.) is the intellectual property of Hair Royal Majesty. Unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
