At Hair Royal Majesty, every item is bespoke and made-to-order. We do not hold stock. This ensures we can deliver the highest quality, ethically sourced raw hair tailored specifically to your order.
Our Process
Our raw hair is carefully sourced by trusted partners who work directly with verified individual donors in rural Vietnam. Donors are paid fairly and treated with respect. Once sourced, the hair is sent to our specialist manufacturers where it is wefted, custom-assembled, and undergoes rigorous quality control (including detailed inspection and video recording) before dispatch.
Because each order involves sourcing, processing, and handcrafting, pre-orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. We aim to dispatch earlier where possible, but quality and authenticity always come first.
Important Information & Customer Responsibilities
• Made-to-Order Nature: By placing a pre-order, you understand and accept that your item is created specifically for you. Production and sourcing begin shortly after the order is placed.
• Cancellation Policy: You have a 1-hour courtesy cancellation window. To cancel, email us at Experience@hairroyalmajesty.com within 60 minutes of ordering. Cancellations sent within this timeframe will be honoured (based on email timestamp), and a full refund will be issued.
After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter our sourcing and production process.
• Delivery & Possible Delays: While we target 3–4 weeks, in rare cases where the sourced hair does not meet our strict internal quality standards, we may need to return it and re-source. We will notify you promptly of any updated delivery estimate. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we uphold premium standards.
• Natural Variations: As this is authentic raw hair, please expect natural variations in texture, wave pattern, colour tone, density, and strand thickness. These are not considered defects (see our full Refund, Exchange & Order Policy for details).
