Hair Royal Majesty – Shipping Policy

At Hair Royal Majesty, all items are bespoke and made-to-order. We do not hold stock, as every order is ethically sourced and custom-crafted specifically for you.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
• Total Lead Time: Orders typically take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase to dispatch.
• We aim to dispatch as early as possible, but our priority is quality, authenticity, and ethical sourcing.
Please do not contact us for shipping updates within the first 4 weeks.
Due to the bespoke nature of our process (sourcing raw hair from rural Vietnam + handcrafting), production timelines can vary slightly. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details. We kindly ask for your patience during this period.
If you have not received any communication or tracking information after 4 weeks from your order date, please feel free to contact us at Experience@hairroyalmajesty.com.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has completed our rigorous quality control process and is ready for shipping, we will:
• Dispatch your order
• Send you a confirmation email with tracking information
You will be able to track your parcel using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the delivery transfers to the courier service.
Hair Royal Majesty is not liable for:
• Lost parcels
• Stolen or missing packages
• Delivery delays
• Missed deliveries
We strongly recommend tracking your parcel and ensuring someone is available to receive it. Any issues with delivery after dispatch must be resolved directly with the courier using your tracking number.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to:
• Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (payable by the customer)
• Customs clearance delays
It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with their country’s import regulations regarding hair products. We are not responsible for packages held, returned, or destroyed by customs.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
Shipping Methods
We work with reliable couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail, depending on destination and service selected at checkout). Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout.
