Welcome to Hair Royal Majesty (HRM). By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 


1. General


These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hair Royal Majesty’s website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Product Information

Our hair extensions are 100% raw, unprocessed, and sourced with the highest ethical standards.

Due to the natural characteristics of raw hair, slight variations in texture, length and colour may occur. This is a testament to its authenticity and does not qualify as a defect.

All products are made to order to ensure premium quality and exclusivity.


3. Orders & Payments

All payments must be made in full at checkout. We also accept PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. 

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed, and no cancellations or modifications can be made.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.


Fraud Prevention & Security

HRM takes fraudulent activity seriously. We use advanced fraud detection measures to verify transactions.

If an order is flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and request additional verification.

Any attempt to commit fraud, including chargebacks or false claims, will result in legal action and a ban from future purchases.


4. Processing Time

Due to our pre-order system, all orders require a 3-5 working day processing period before production begins. This allows us to conduct thorough quality checks and ensure that all hair meets our high standards.

Once processing is complete, production times vary depending on the specific product ordered.

After production, orders are dispatched and shipping times will depend on the selected shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 


5. Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

All orders undergo a meticulous quality inspection process, which includes video recording and documentation before dispatch. This ensures that every item meets our high standards and serves as our own evidence of product condition prior to shipping.

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assessment. If an error has been made on our part, we will provide a resolution at our discretion.

As our raw hair is sourced directly from donors per our customers’ orders, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Differences in colour, texture, or slight variations in length are natural characteristics of raw hair and do not qualify as defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days after the processing and production period; however, delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

HRM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once dispatched, the responsibility for the package transfers to the courier, and HRM is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels.

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, ensuring our customers can enjoy the luxury of Hair Royal Majesty no matter where they are.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We aim to despatch orders between 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not control or influence these charges. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed—we are not responsible for any costs or refunds in such cases.

Shipping Delays & Restrictions: Some countries have restrictions on hair products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations before ordering. Any returns due to customs rejections will not be refunded.

Tracking & Liability: Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once dispatched. If a package is lost in transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers must ensure their shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to cover the cost of reshipping.

No Cancellations After order is placed: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or refunded.


7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their billing and shipping information is accurate before completing a purchase.

HRM is not liable for lost or mis-delivered orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Customers must read product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure they select the correct length, texture, and quantity and.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have understood our processing and shipping times. All orders should be made in advance according to our processing and shipping times to avoid any delays in receiving orders.


8. Hair Usage & Maintenance Policy

At Hair Royal Majesty, we take pride in providing 100% raw, unprocessed hair sourced directly from donors. Due to the nature of our raw hair, once the product has been used, installed, coloured, washed, cut, or altered in any way, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper care and maintenance for long-lasting quality.

Raw hair is not factory-processed, meaning natural characteristics such as minimal shedding, frizz, or changes in texture due to washing or styling are completely normal. These are not defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

 We will not accept complaints related to:


Shedding or tangling – Raw hair, like natural hair, requires proper maintenance. Using excessive heat, improper brushing, or lack of hydration can affect longevity. Please take proper care and seek professional hair stylists. 

Texture or curl pattern differences – As raw hair is sourced from real donors, slight variations in wave or curl patterns are normal.

Colour discrepancies – Our raw hair is unprocessed, and natural donor hair colours may vary slightly from bundle to bundle.

Poor maintenance – Customers are responsible for using appropriate products and haircare methods. Using harsh chemicals, incorrect bleaching, excessive heat, or improper installation may affect the hair’s quality.

Once hair has been used, there is strictly no refund or exchange. By purchasing from Hair Royal Majesty, customers confirm they have read and agreed to these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability


HRM shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Any allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or issues arising from improper installation, maintenance, or use of our hair extensions.

The longevity of our raw hair products, as durability depends on proper care and maintenance.

Any delays or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, customs holds, force major events, or acts of government.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Hair Royal Majesty. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate UK courts.
